Desktop for the office, mobile for the field.
In a basement or on an industrial estate the work is stored on the phone. When the network comes back it sends itself, even with the app closed.
People reply from the phone and from the computer at the same time and no contribution is lost.

When several companies are involved

You decide what each invited company sees: planning, documents, orders… separately.
Each company keeps its information and sees only what concerns it. Nobody inherits anyone else's archive.
